Crazy Horse leather is made from full-grain calfskin – the highest-quality natural leather in the world. A coating of natural wax is applied to the leather, then buffed and polished to a rich, smooth finish. Wear and tear will increase the bag’s beauty – bumps and scratches change the color tones in the leather, creating the rich, multi-hued sheen that only the finest natural leather is known for.

Top Grain leather comes from the "top" or outermost, premium layer of cowhide. It's the least processed and most natural of leather, making it the highest quality leather. Top-grain leather is a high-quality and durable product.

If the leather product is dirty never clean it with the napkins containing alcohol or any solvent or other chemical cleaners. Use soft fabric wet with water.

The leather can be scratchy. So pay attention that if you put too much stuff inside, the product can change the initial form after a while.

Try not to wear the leather bags or backpacks with light clothes first 2-3 weeks. As the natural leather can color the clothes. And the same is regarding the products made of Crazy-horse fair leather colors and dark clothes.

Do not use washing machines to clean leather goods.

Dry the leather with cotton fabric and let it dry in natural conditions away from heat. Avoid long lasting direct sun rays.
Try to use regularly the moisture-repelling sprays and gels. It will minimize the impact of water to the leather.

If you plan not to use the product for a while we recommend to put some paper inside (it will help to keep the form). We don’t recommend to store the products in plastic bags or in wet rooms. And please pay attention that if kept under the direct sun rays the leather may change the color.

The store reserves the right to change the logo. Also, the color of the bag may slightly differ from the photo of the product posted in the store, depending on the color correction and display settings of your smartphone, laptop or computer.
Return of goods is possible only if there is a defect or damage and in case you:
- have been contacted me within 14 days after receiving the order.
- have been sent within 30 days from the receipt (at the expense of the buyer)

When returning the goods, the money for shipping is not returned under any circumstances.
All shipping costs always on the buyer. The seller is not responsible for the passing of custom control. All the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country are on the buyer expense.
1. In case of cancellation or return for any reason except our fault, we return only 80% due to nonrefundable commissions.

4. No refunds after 45 days from purchase moment.
5. No refunds for unclaimed packages.
6. No refunds will be given if the logo of the product you received differs from the logo of the product in the store

The items should be packaged as securely as possible - we won't be able to issue a refund if the items arrives damaged. If it's a bag - it should be stuffed so that it keeps its shape.
The parcel's estimated cost shouldn't be high, and it should be marked as a gift, to avoid extra fees on customs.
