All packages are posted with Royal Mail within the specified time as indicated when purchased.
Upgraded shipping (an additional £10) is sent by UPS 2 day delivery.
Overseas packages are sent first class tracked and signed for.
UK Free postage items are sent second class signed for, unless requested otherwise.

If you miss your delivery and your order is returned to me, you will need to pay for your postage again.
All orders are posted with tracking numbers and it is up to you to follow their progress through the postal service as to when to expect delivery and be responsible for contacting the post office or UPS if you miss the delivery to arrange re-delivery. Thank you.

Refunds can not be given if your shoes are returned to me as they have been specially made for you. The work has already been done.

If you do not receive your purchase within 7 days (for the UK) from the date of dispatch, please contact me on the shop link.
Packages sent abroad may take longer than 7 days to arrive. These are sent first class signed and tracked.

PLEASE NOTE: During the Covid-19 Pandemic, regular post is taking longer for overseas locations. (Up to 3/4 weeks in some places.) Please be patient in waiting for your delivery. You can check progress of your items transit with the tracking number I give to you. If there appears to be a prolonged wait, or somehow you have missed an attempted delivery, you can ring your local postal service with the tracking number to arrange delivery at a convenient time to you.

Please note:
Please leave plenty of time for my hand made orders as my business is only me. I will inform you if there is a longer waiting list at any time, or if there are any unforeseeable problems with your order. Orders are made consecutively as per order of sale.

Shoes take five days to make and cure before posting.

There is currently a 1/2 week waiting list in my shop.

When you return items they must be unworn, as new, and sent first class recorded delivery with a copy of the invoice in their original packaging.
It is not possible to cancel an order after your shoes/ tie/ hat/ skirt have been made for you.
Do not put shoes in the washing machine. Clean soles with a baby wipe and uppers with a damp cloth and leave to dry overnight.
Ties damaged through machine washing or dry cleaning is not our responsibility.
