-All our printables are created to be printed on the one standard size (A4 paper) making printing easy and affordable without having to buy all different paper sizes . -If some of our printables turn into flash cards it’s as simple as printing and cutting out around our borders 🌼 - Use a thick cardstock for flashcards and posters works best (use your preferred preference with thickness) Tip: A cardstock with a gloss coating look best with our real image printable. Laminate desired printables for more durability with little hands) HINT: we enjoy printing on thick natural tone parchment paper for a more "natural look"

Physical Product delievery

Our resin specimens are shipped directly from us on our small island home out from Australia so international orders take approx 30days with standard delivery , Australian orders take alot quicker. For our other physical products we use print on demand companies who ship our products directly to you, times vary , so please see each individual listing for a rough timeframe

Common downloading problems

DIGITAL DOWNLOAD NOT RECIEVED We receive numerous messages weekly about not receiving downloads after an order is placed. Please note this is not a problem with any of our digital product, it's to do with ETSY APP , if you place a digital product order via Etsy on the Etsy app, digital downloads do not show. Instead you will need to sign into your Etsy account via a web browser like google and under your account and purchase history, you will find all your previous orders , including your downloads :) We are very sorry about this inconvenience and do hope Etsy can change this in the future.

What if I’m not 100% happy with my order?

If you are not 100% happy with your order, please send us a message before posting a review, as we value our customers and our main priority is for you to feel satisfied with your order .Even if that means giving you a full refund, or finding a solution 🙂

BLACK BOX PRINTING BEHIND IMAGES This is another common message we receive, is that when printing one of our files there is a black box that appears behind an image. Please note that this is nothing to do with the printable itself, This problem can occur if you print straight from the web browser, or you open the PDF via a different program than the recommended one (ADOBE PDF READER) or sometimes there is a compatibility issue between the printer and the software (almost yearly a printer has to be updated with a new drive software). So please save each file PDF to your computer/ files BEFORE you download 🙂
