I bought one of the 14" bags and it is a good size, shampoo and conditioner both fit! It is a great quality item with a waterproof lining and smooth running sturdy zip. There were problems with delivery but Sophie took no time to sort this out. Another bag was sent which arrived the next day. I am more than pleased with what I bought and how Sophie helped with the delivery confusion. I will definitely buy from her again.
