What is your processing time?

Our processing time is normally 1-3 business days.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

We do not accept returns or refunds on our temporary tattoos due to health and hygiene reasons.

How do I remove my temporary tattoo?

Removal: 1. To remove tattoo, wash generously with soap and water. Pro Tip: Baby oil or alcohol, if available, can aid in the removal of your tattoo.

What do I do if I entered in my shipping address incorrectly?

When placing your order if you entered in your shipping address incorrectly, you have up until your order ships to message us on Etsy to update your address. Once the order has shipped, I am not responsible for the shipping address being incorrect. If your order has already shipped and you realize your address is incorrect, you will have to re-place your order with your correct shipping address to receive your items.

My temporary tattoo order is time sensitive. What shipping option should I choose at checkout?

With our free standard shipping we cannot guarantee a delivery date because it is sent through USPS in a small envelope and even though USPS and Etsy advertises this option as 2-6 business days we have noticed it can take up to 15 business days to arrive depending on USPS shipping delays and where it’s going in the US. We do offer shipping upgrades at checkout. If you need your order to arrive by a certain date, please keep that in mind when choosing your shipping option at checkout.

The size of this Temporary Tattoo is approximately 1 inch in length.

If you would like this design in a smaller or larger size that isn't already listed, please message us directly on Etsy BEFORE placing your order so we can provide you with accurate pricing.

Directions:
1. Cut excess paper around tattoo with scissors to eliminate any unnecessary adhesive on your skin after applying.
2. Peel away and discard the clear plastic layer.
3. Apply the tattoo image side to your skin and cover with a damp cloth for 20 seconds.
4. Carefully peel back paper off of your skin and allow the tattoo to dry for at least 10 seconds. Do not touch it.
5. After allowing for dry time, your tattoo should be smooth to the touch and last between 1-3 days.

Temporary Tattoo Longevity:
Once you apply the tattoo and it is fully dry, avoid anything rubbing on it and don’t get it wet. If the tattoo gets wet, it will dissolve the protective layer exposing the sticky adhesive underneath. The same thing can occur if you try to adjust the placement or peel the edge after the tattoo is already applied. If you avoid any rubbing and do not get the tattoo wet it can last between 1-3 days. Some customers have had the temporary tattoos last up to a week with listening to the proper aftercare instructions.

If you add a “Note to Seller” to request customization with your order to a listed tattoo that does offer customization, I cannot guarantee your request will be granted. The items came on time and in great conditions. I was super excited to try as they were exactly like the website. I tried it on and within 2 hours it looked like this. I have used cheaper quality tattoos but they don’t leave the black sticky residue to grab all the dust and lint around it. Super cute tattoo but extremely disappointing. It just looks really bad on me now

Your tattoo has a black sticky residue because you did not follow the directions and you got it wet therefore things like towels, bedsheets, blankets and your clothes are going to rub off on it. Our temporary tattoos last 1-3 days when you properly follow the step-by-step instructions that are provided to you on every listing description as well as the paper directions included with every order. It is important to avoid any rubbing and do NOT get the tattoo wet after applying. When the tattoo gets wet after it has fully dried, it reveals the sticky adhesive underneath the protective layer which is why we highly recommend not getting it wet.
