1. After placing your order, send me an Etsy message with pictures.
2. You will be notify the lead time after pictures have been successfully received.
3. Expect to receive a proof for review within the given lead time ( you can request unlimited revisions until you are happy with the final illustrations.)
4. Once you have approved the final design, you can expect to receive a shipping confirmation with it is ready for shipping.
4. Viola! Wait for your package to arrive and enjoy the ornament!

*Please Note*: After the proof has been sent to you for review, if I don't hear back within 5 days, the design will be considered finalized and the item will be shipped out as it is-- no change can be made afterwards since it will be in the production process already.
