How long does it take to get my order

We work hard to get orders out quickly. Usually 1-2 days after you order we work to ship it out. We are shipping out orders. We ship orders Weds-Sunday Standard mail is Ground Advantage once shipped on avg 2-5 days depending on the post. Delays by USPS are out of our control. For questions about why there is a delay please reach out to USPS for the best answer as we can not give information about why USPS has delays Priority mail is 2-3 days depending on the post

During Winter is it safe to ship Air Plants to cold environments?

Yes. However if your temps are below 40 degrees we highly recommend you add a heat pack to your order. And ALWAYS make sure the plants are shipped to your daytime address so they are not left outside in the cold. Heat packs are good to keep them warm during their trip. However when delivered the heat packs are at the end of their life cycle and will not protect the plants if left in a snowdrift. These are plants and tropical plants so yes cold can damage them. However by taking these precautions they ship safely and healthy. Heat packs are for sale in our shop We do not cover frozen plants so make sure to take these precautions or ship during warmer months.

How do I care for Air Plants?

We are always here for help. When you order you should get an email through Etsy with some detailed care instructions. We send a card with simple and we are always here for any care questions. Air plants like most plants care is dictated to their environment. So if you are not sure about the care they will take in your environment email us anytime. Will The Air Plants in your shop Bloom?

All the Air plants we grow are exotic varieties that we grow because of the different species and because they all have beautiful blooms upon maturity. Most air plants only bloom once in their entire life. Some varieties change color. However both their bloom and color change is temporary and only happens once in their entire life. We try to send them before they have bloomed so as the new care giver can now enjoy their bloom and/or color change through their entire process. Around their bloom cycle they will give off babies. These babies will follow the same life cycle as the mother plant and bloom upon maturity. The mother will never bloom again. More questions feel free to email

What are Enhanced Plants

Our enhanced plant color is not a natural color. We use an additive that is completely safe for the plant and still allows it to filter light and water. It adds a fun color that can last from a couple months to a couple years depending on the plant. The plant will still bloom and go through its natural color change if it has one. Enhanced plants can bleed a little color upon first couple soakings this is normal and nothing to worry about being water soluble to allow the plants leaves to filter light and water. We have been doing our technique for over 10 years.

Color is an organic enhancement natural and safe for the plants. Enhancement has vitamins nutrients and a bloom inducer in it. Color will last as long as an average color change of an air plant 1-2 months minimum if not longer.
