We are currently operating on a 10-14 day total fulfillment time frame. Most orders ship within a few business days.

Some orders show up a little sooner than 10 days, some may take a bit longer than 14 days depending on a few different factors such as how long it takes USPS to move our goods, our current production queue and our day-to-day warehouse blank stock counts.

Please check with us on fulfillment timeframes during the holiday season as higher volume of sales, higher volume of goods to move around the US and Covid related shipping delays all factor into extending delivery times.

We use UPS Mail Innovations and USPS Parcel select. If UPS Mail Innovations is used, your package is delivered via UPS to your local USPS post office, then delivered to your door by USPS.

Each item is custom printed on demand, therefore we only accept returns for defective items. If you have received a defective item, contact us at the email below within 21 days with your name, order number, and include an image of the defect.

We print via a process called direct-to-garment. The ink is embedded directly into the fibers of the cotton leaving a super soft, comfy end result. We use Kornit and Brother machines, which are the gold standard in the industry.

We only use child safe, eco friendly inks printed on super soft, high quality cotton garments. We’re using CPSIA compliant inks, which are required when printing on children's wear 12 and below.

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang dry for longest life.
