My item hasn’t arrived when ETSY said it would

All delivery dates on Etsy are estimated, so whilst everything will be sent on time unfortunately there can be delays with in the postage system. All postage is sent Tracked RM48, which is an estimated 2-3 working day service. Postage upgrade are available at the checkout. Items are not considered lost until 10 working days plus the estimated delivery time.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I don't offer gift wrapping as you wouldn't want to pay me for this (my skill is rivalled by my 10 year old son) however all items are send wrapped in tissue paper as standard and send in a smash proof box.

My own unique design is hand drawn using a state of the art graphics programme,and professionally printed in my own little art studio in Devon onto a high quality 14oz white mug. The design is printed onto both sides of the mug, so perfect for left and right hands.

Your mug will be dispatched within 5 working days from your order. All mugs are sent in a smashproof mug box 2nd Class signed for, which aims to deliver your mug in 2-4 working days. Postage upgrades are available at the checkout for 1st Class signed (1-3 days) for and RM24 Tracked(1-2 days).
