We offer free worldwide shipping (standard shipping) within 7-14 days plus processing time. You can opt for express shipping with DHL Express within 2-4 days plus processing time. For every watch sold, we plant a tree. We also offer a 12-month standard warranty, and our products are designed in Australia.

Please note that your watch will be made to order, and therefore, a reasonable amount of creation time before shipping is required, which is between 3 and 5 days. Delivery times are provided as a guide only, and we cannot be responsible for any delay of postal services or other carriers. During holidays such as Christmas, postal services may extend delivery times. To avoid any problems, please order your desired products in advance to anticipate any delays caused by external events/interveners over which we have no control. Shipments are mainly made in Australia, but they can also be made from our warehouses in Asia.
