825 S.F. Small Cabin - PDF Plans

This Modern Barn House Style Cabin is sized at 825 Square feet and comes with 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom and has a sleeping loft accessed by a spiral stair case above the kitchen. The vaulted ceilings and loft space are enhanced by the 12' tall wall studs to provide the alluring ascending height.

This concept was originally designed and permit approved in the code restrictive State of California. Through that process we were able to fine tune this plan set. Therefore, we wanted to make this design available to as many home owners as possible. We hope you love it as much as we do.

Additionally, we always recommend consulting with a local Licensed Architect or Engineer to design and review the Site Conditions, Building Setbacks, final Foundation Design, final Framing Design, Drainage Design, Hillside Construction Requirements, Utilities Installation, Local Jurisdictional Code Requirements, Building Permit Processing and of course pricing for customizations on projects outside of California.
