We are proud to provide the variety of repair services including ring sizing, prong replacement, prong retipping, watch repair, chain soldering, clasp replacement, gemstone replacing and more in our repair shop in Albany, New York. Request an online repair, then ship your item to us, we will repair it and ship it safely back to you within 24 hours.

If you are not satisfied with our product, you can return it within 7 days after your order was shipped.
When you ship your package to our New York store, our Quality Assurance team will inspect it.
