Where do I download my files?

Go to your Etsy account (your avatar at top of screen) and click on 'purchases and reviews'. Scroll down to your order details and on the right-hand side you will see a link labelled "download files". You need to download both the PDF and the TXT file which contains the link where your files are kept on Google Drive. Once you've copied and pasted the link into your browser, simply click on the download link at the TOP RIGHT of the screen to download the ZIP file. Once downloaded, you can then extract the individual JPG files onto your device. You do not need an account with Google Drive in order to access your files. Why do I get an error message when trying to download my files?

You may experience issues when trying to access and download your files from a mobile device when using the Etsy App. If you have any problems, try accessing your Etsy account from a browser instead of the Etsy App or use a computer or laptop instead. This usually solves the problem but please get in touch if you still can't access your files and we can send you the direct link to Google Drive. Due to the files being high resolution and large in size, regrettably we are unable to send them via email.

Will my print have a border?

Most of our prints are borderless which means the image runs to the edge of the paper. However we advise reading the full listing description as this will provide further information on any borders applied to the design. If you are unsure whether your print has a border or not, please send us a message and we will happily clarify for you.

Custom and personalised orders

We often get asked if we can create 'new' custom designs. As you can appreciate, new designs are extremely time consuming and consideration needs to be given as to whether the design complements our current range. For this reason, we are more inclined to take on board suggestions for new designs for review at a later date.

Can I return a print?

If you would like to return your print, please contact us first or we can't accept the return. Prints and frames are made to order therefore no physical stock is held. We don't accept frame returns, custom print returns or exchanges therefore please ensure you select the correct print size for your requirements when ordering.

Can I cancel my order?

Requests for cancellations will only be accepted if the order hasn't been processed and printed yet. Order processing often starts within a few hours of an order being received (even over the weekend) therefore we highly recommend getting in touch immediately to avoid any disappointment.
