ALL RETURNS MUST BE CLEARED BY THE SHOP OWNER.

If the item arrives faulty, I must be notified within 48 hours of delivery, please provide images of the fault. If this is to be returned, it must be sent back in the original packaging in the condition it has arrived and with a tracking number. It is the customers' responsibility to pay returns shipping and no shipping costs will be refunded.

I cannot accept returns on custom orders as they have been produced with one specific customer in mind.

I cannot accept returns for any sizing mistakes as these are clearly stated on the listing.

Gosh, there are so many ways to pay now days aren't there?! Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Etsy gift cards, I'll happily accept all of these.

Packages will be shipped to the address on Etsy or the payment provider, so please make sure this is correct.

I will start working on your order the day after payment has been received.

I will ship your order to whatever address comes through to me, please make sure this is correct as I cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address.

As my items are all made to order please allow up to 10 business days for this to be crafted, parcelled and shipped.

As I demand a high standard for my work, I won't rush a piece as this might have a detrimental effect. If for any reason I think I'll over-run my time frame, I will be in touch to keep you updated on the new time frame.

I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once I ship an order I am no longer in control. I will do my best to help locate your order.

Although harmless to have in the home, each item does contain lead.

Please make sure to keep it out of reach of children and pets.

Please make sure to wash your hands with warm soapy water after handling.

I'm sure you want to stand back and admire your beautiful new item, and I want you to sing and shout about it to everyone you know!

The best way to display your item would be to take the time to use either screw-in hooks or, sturdy nails, and carry out a quick 'tug-test' (give the hook/nail a quick tug with your hand first to make sure it is secure)

Although suction cup hooks/stick-on hooks are far easier to use and much quicker to set up, over time they can lose adhesion, especially when used in a window.

I cannot be held responsible for any breakages due to issues when hanging/result of inadequate hanging hardware.

I do my best to depict each item as accurately as possible. The images used are my own and are for example purposes to show the item that will be made to order.

Each pane of glass I use is beautifully unique, with its natural bubbling, individual texture and colour distribution and because of this, I won't be able to create an exact copy. This means that each item purchased is truly individual to you. Please take this into account when purchasing.

There can be bubbles within the glass that can look like a crack, be assured I would never ship out a cracked item and these bubbles are not considered a fault.

The perceived colour of the glass can be affected by the background this is against, please take this into account when purchasing.
