1. Make your purchase by choosing:
• Your print size.
• Typing YES in the box to confirm you understand I need a good front-facing photo of your pet.

2. Message me on Etsy with either your pet photo or multiple photos for me to pick the most suitable for your artwork. See my ‘Good Photo Guide’ in the image reel to get the best end results.

3. You will receive a preview within 24-48hrs of sending me your photo. Please check and reply with ‘APPROVED’ or detail any changes. The sooner you reply the sooner you will receive your purchase!

4. Your order will be dispatched as soon as your preview is approved! Printed artwork will be sent 2nd class Royal Mail (UK delivery only).
