Where can I download the files?

You will get a notification email with instructions. Else, go to your Account, then Purchases and reviews, then click Download Files. If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be gray.

Rights and Copyrights

The shop owner retains all the rights. Purchasing an item or a license doesn't transfer the rights to you.

What software do I need to use your files?

First you need to extract the ZIP file. It will contain separate PNG files. These PNG files will work with all graphic editors, including the online ones like CANVA.

What if I need a different size of the image?

Please contact me before purchasing if you need a different size, and I'll make it for you.

Facing Download issue?

After payment is confirmed, download the files by going to "Your Account" > "Purchases" scroll down and look for your purchase, and download from the blue button (Files ready to download). If you are unable to follow the above steps, please try to open Etsy on any desktop/laptop browser. Let me know if you're still having any issues, I'll get back to you shortly.
