5: PACKAGING, CARE & HANDLING: Each figurine comes in its box with a story about the animal. The figurine arrives glued to a paper card. To separate the card from the figurine, dip the animal and card in warm water and let the glue dissolve. Use a soft, lint-free cloth to clean the figurine gently. Never use cleaning products that contain bleach, ammonia, or abrasives, as these will damage your figurine.
