What size are your Folded Note Cards and Flat Note Cards?

My folded note cards are the standard A2 size, which is 5.5" wide x 4.25" tall when they are folded in half. This size is also commonly called "invitation size." My flat note cards are the standard A2 size also, which is 5.5" wide x 4.25" tall and have a blank backside.

Can I change the personalization on a card design from what is shown in the photo?

Yes you can. I can customize any of my card designs to suit your situation. You can add text instead of a name or names, and vice versa, to any of my designs. Simply message me and I can get it done for you.

How long before my order is mailed out to me?

My production time is 3-5 business days, which are Monday through Friday; unless a weekday is a holiday. For example Thanksgiving's 4 day "weekend." Production time is the time required for me to custom design and print your order.

How long will it take to receive my order in the mail?

My orders are mailed from New Mexico and you are emailed the USPS tracking number for your order when it is mailed out. I use USPS Ground Advantage for all orders. USPS says their delivery time is usually 3 to 5 days. I can not, and I do not, guarantee any USPS delivery time.

Can I see and approve a proof of my order?

Yes, I do provide proofs of an order free of charge. Please be aware this can change the processing time of your order. A quick response is greatly appreciated! Put in the "Note to Seller" box that you would like to see a proof. You can do this at checkout when placing your order. I do expect a quick reply when a proof is emailed to you. Requesting a proof automatically places your order "on hold" until I hear back from you.

Can I have an inside message printed on my cards?

Yes! If inside message printing is not already listed as an option for your chosen card set, please contact me directly and I’ll be happy to help with the next steps.

What if my order arrives damaged? What if my order is not as I expected?

In both instances, contact me immediately with photos of the damage or the order inconsistency. We will then mutually agree on a solution. I can do nothing without photograph proof of the problem.

How are your personalized cards designed and produced?

Each design is personally composed using licensed commercial artwork and fonts. Cards are personalized, when selected. Custom text and font choices are tailored for every buyer. All my card sets are printed and packaged with care in my home studio, never mass produced.
