STERLING SILVER
925 Sterling Silver is an alloy made of 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper. The addition of copper to pure silver lowers the melting temperature while increasing hardness and strength. Sterling silver is the jewelry quality standard for silver throughout most of the world.

14K GOLD FILL
Gold-fill or gold filled jewelry is composed of a solid layer of gold that is bonded to a base of another metal, such as sterling silver or copper. While gold-filled jewelry is typically less expensive than solid gold jewelry, it is actually more durable, looking shiny and new even with decades of wear.
We choose to work with 14k gold-filled because it allows us to offer high quality at affordable prices. The thick outer layer of gold makes it extremely durable and safe for people with allergies or sensitive skin.

JEWELRY CARE
AVA jewelry is handcrafted in sterling silver & 14K gold fill with high quality materials. Your jewelry is waterproof, hypoallergenic and can be worn everyday. But they are natural metals and to keep them bright and shiny to last for years we have some tips:

• Avoid contact with perfume, cosmetics and other chemicals
• Remove jewelry before going to bed or gym
• Store your jewelry in an air tight space. AVA jewelry boxes are perfect!
• Remove jewelry when bathing, showering or swimming
• Clean regularly with mild soapy water and a soft cloth

HANDCRAFTED
All of our jewelry is handmade in our studio just for you, so each piece will be unique and may vary slightly from what is pictured. Most of our products are soldered. Please note that you are purchasing a handmade piece and not a machine made piece so be open to the pieces being more organic. Due to their handmade nature, keep in mind that solder marks can be visible and normal to have even that we work hard to make them smooth as possible.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct address before placing the order. If an error is discovered with the address that was provided, unfortunately, we will need to charge a service fee. All orders will be shipped from California.

PROCESSING TIME
AVA is a handcrafted jewelry and it takes a little time and care. Processing your order usually takes within 3-7 business days depending of the design.

SUSTAINABILITY & PACKAGING
We are committed to the nature. Because of this all our packaging is ECO. All designs are shipped in a compostable mailer box made from sturdy FSC®-certified corrugated cardboard.
Our ECO jewellery boxes use FSC®-certified natural cardboard and water-based glue. The paper contains residues from organic products, which replace 15% of the wood pulp. For these boxes, a by-product from corn production is used..
Our tissue paper, business card, postcard and envelope are recyclable and made of recycled paper.
Each piece of jewelry is made by hand here in California using minimal waste practices.
