** HOW TO ORDER **

Select one of our print sizes and let us know the following information in the personalisation box.

1) Childs Name (This name will be typed on the print)
2) Town/City, Date & Time (This is to get the correct star layout for the map)
3) Quote The Night You Became My Daddy (You can change this if you wish)
4) Location (This location will be typed on the print)
5) The Date & Time (This location will be typed on the print)

We copy and paste your information into the print so please enter the details, date and time as you wish to have them appear on the print.

Please note that the 4 names print with the 4 star diagrams will be in the portrait layout

Your artwork will be printed on 230gsm high grade professional photographic archival matt fine art paper.

We will send you a preview of your artwork to your Etsy messages typically within 3-24 hours. Please check over your print and make sure everything is correct and to your liking. You can make changes if you wish. If you haven't approved your print after our attempts to contact you we will send out your order, but we are unable to make any changes after it has been printed and dispatched.

**SIZES OPTIONS AVAILABLE**

Digital File Only - This is a digital file sent to you in JPEG and PDF format. This option is perfect if you wish to print the design yourself. Please quote the size you need your digital file and place it in the personalisation box when you order. Our default A4 size will be sent if no size is given to us. Please include your email address so we can email your order to you once your order is complete

The following sizes are designs we print for you using our professional printers and send to you via courier

6" x 8" - (Please note we are unable to do a 3 or 4 star print in this size)

**DELIVERY**

We dispatch our orders with Royal Mail. Our free standard delivery is not a tracked service. If you would like to upgrade to a tracked service or if your order is time sensitive, please upgrade to one of these options at checkout.

Your print will be packaged in a cellophane bag and placed inside a card backed envelope to protect your order while shipping. A3 orders will be sent flat packed in a box with a hard back board inside to protect your print.

If you choose "Digital File Only" option under the size options dropdown these will be sent to your Etsy messages & Email if you wish. PLEASE NOTE No physical print will be dispatched via courier

From the 1st February 2022 we are no longer accepting address changes after an order has been placed (We are advised from etsy not to change an address after an order has been placed for seller protection).

The only way to change the address on an order is let us know if your intentions and you can replace the order with the new address and once the new order has been placed we will cancel your other order with the incorrect address

There may be delays with couriers and this is beyond our control. We ask all customers to wait 5 working days in the UK and 7 working days for the rest of the world before we offer any solutions. This is because the dates you see on the listings are estimated dates calculated by Etsy for your location. Our first solution is to issue a replacement of your order. If this order does not arrive we can issue a refund.

Fantastic, such a really cute idea Within moments of placing my order I had an email from the seller. So polite and efficient. The print is very neat and clear the quality of the paper is perfect. My Dad will absolutely love it. As we get older it is harder to find meaningful fathers Day gifts so for me this was something completely different.
