How to Apply Your New Patch
Follow these simple steps for a permanent, professional-grade bond.

Step 1: Prep Your Fabric (Don't skip this!)
Moisture prevents a good bond. Whether using an iron or a press, you must "pre-heat" your fabric first.

Iron/Press the area for a few seconds where the patch will go to pull out any hidden moisture.

Step 2: Apply the Patch
Option A: Using a Heat Press (Recommended)
Temperature: Set to 340°F.
Pressure: Use Medium pressure.
Time: Press for 10–15 seconds.

Option B: Using a Household Iron
Temperature: Set to the highest heat your fabric can handle.
The Front Press: Place the patch and press down firmly for 10–15 seconds (no side-to-side movement).
The Back Press: Turn the item inside out and iron from the back for another 10–15 seconds with firm pressure.

Option C: Sewing for Extra Security
The Stitch Zone: Most patches feature a small "blank space" just inside the embroidered border specifically designed for stitching.
Reinforcement: If you are attaching this to a high-movement item (like a sleeve or dog harness), a few anchor stitches here will ensure it never budges.
