How do I download my files?

You can download your digital purchases here: https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases?ref=hdr_user_menu-txs 🔖Please note, you must be logged into the Etsy account you used to purchase your file. The Etsy app does not support downloading digital files so you must log in through a browser (i.e. Chrome) on your computer or phone. For best results, we recommend downloading your files on a computer. Can you email me my files?

Due to the size of the files, we are unable to email your files. If you are having a problem downloading your files, please contact me with a detailed description of your issue.

What format are my digital files in?

All digital files in the Ink & Page Journals shop are high-resolution jpegs in zip files. ➡️To unzip files on a Windows computer: Press and hold (or right-click) the folder, select Extract All, and then follow the on-screen instructions. ➡️To unzip files on a Mac: Double-click the folder. If your file does not unzip, check to make sure you have enough space on your computer.

What are your terms of use?

✂️All files in the Ink & Page Journals Shop are for printed use only.✂️ If you wish to sell your creations, Ink & Page digital files must be incorporated into physical products of your own, unique design.
