PACKAGING and SAFETY

Your order is packaged as securely as possible to avoid damage during transit. Cardboard box, several layers of soft materials. The topper is placed in a protective film. Therefore, it is completely protected from mechanical damage and scratches.

Topper material is completely safe. Made from hypoallergenic materials, non-toxic. Glitter does not crumble, as it is fixed with a special material. The legs of the toppers that are inserted into the cake are not treated with harmful materials. So it's completely safe.

CANCELLATION and RETURNS

Cancellation after dispatch is not possible. In the event that the topper is made, but not shipped, cancellation is possible with compensation for the cost of production and other costs

Return of personalized toppers is not possible.

In the case that the topper is destroyed during transportation (this happens rarely, but unfortunately transport companies sometimes send it very hard) or our mistake (this happens even less often) - we guarantee resending at our expense or a refund if the shipment is not possible.

In case the deadline for receiving is too close and the topper will be delivered after the deadline - we contact the buyer. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, we will cancel the order with a full refund
