Each listing has the size chart for your reference. Since we all have different bodies, some find the garments to be either too small, just right or too big. We ask that you follow these simple steps if you need help with choosing your best size:

1. Lay your favorite shirt / sweater on a flat surface.
2. Measure horizontally at the widest point from armpit to armpit (width).
3. Measure vertically from the highest point of neckline to bottom hem (length).
4. Compare those measurements with the provided size chart in the listing photos.
5. Choose the size that is closest to those measurements.

‣ We work with production partners that print + ship your goodies.
‣ Each item is made to order and takes 2 to 7 business days to fulfill.
‣ Possible 1 to 7 business days extra during the holiday season.
‣ Business days are Monday through Friday from 9AM - 7PM.

» SHIPPING
‣ USA: Shipping takes 3 to 7 business days in the lower 48 states. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii can take an additional 7 to 12 business days. Shipping to military addresses may take 15 to 30 business days.
‣ CANADA: Shipping takes 10 to 30 business days if printed + shipped from the U.S. or 1 to 10 business days if printed in Canada and shipped with Canada Post.

» CANCELLATIONS
‣ Contact us within: 4 hours after purchase is made.
‣ Once in production, we CANNOT cancel your order nor make any changes and WILL NOT issue a refund.

» RETURNS / REFUNDS
‣ We are a small business and simply cannot accept any returns / refunds. Please keep in mind that each item is made to order and produced specifically for you.
‣ Read the item description and select the correct item(s), size(s) & color(s) when placing order.
‣ If you are unhappy with your purchase, then let us know!

» EXCHANGES
‣ Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
‣ Ship item(s) back within: 14 days of delivery
‣ Customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return package.

‣ Contact us within: 48 hours of delivery
‣ What is considered a wrong item? Any item that is a different size, color, style or design from what was ordered.
‣ What is considered a damaged item? Any item that is misprinted, arrived with stains that do not come off after washing, or arrived with a large amount of loose stitching / holes.
‣ In order to send you a free replacement, you MUST send us several photos taken in CLEAR lighting (with no shadows or wrinkles) showing the ENTIRE garment (front and back, if applicable) along with closeups of the problem area(s).

‣ We are NOT responsible for any shipping delays caused by: the busy holiday season (nor other peak times), wrong addresses entered by the customer, wrong deliveries by the mail carrier, packages processed as "Return to Sender" due to an "Insufficient Address" or failed delivery attempts.

‣ If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it:
- Make sure the address you entered is correct.
- Check around your mailbox, porch, garage, any area out of potential weather hazards, exterior doors and any locations where the package could be placed.
- Check your mailbox again as some packages come separately from your regular mail.
- Check with others in your house that may have accepted it and with your neighbors.
- In rare cases, packages may be marked as "delivered" prematurely and can take up to 24 hours later to actually be delivered.
‣ If you are unable to find your package because it was lost by the mail carrier or stolen, then please send us a message. We are here to help you!

‣ Please order 20+ business days ahead of time if your order is needed by a certain date. Express shipping MAY be available upon request BEFORE ordering.
‣ We do our best to print + ship your orders out as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee item(s) will arrive on or before your specified date due to unforeseen events.
