How should I take care of my items?

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.

I need to return or exchange an item

Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. We care about sustainability so we make all our products to order. Unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please be sure to review the sizing chart for clothing before purchasing.

Do you offer international shipping?

We do ship internationally, however we are not responsible for any customs or taxes that are applied to your package. If you are shopping overseas please make sure you are aware of your countries customs policies on imported goods. Some packages may be subject to additional fees or taxes before you can collect them, and these fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

My package was lost or wasn't delivered to me

Please note, shipping times are still taking much longer than normal especially for international orders. All orders ship out with a tracking number. Fox & Seal will not refund or replace any lost packages. Once a package leaves our printers, we unfortunately cannot control the actions of any shipping carriers. All items are packaged securely to make sure they arrive as safely as possible. Fox & Seal is not liable for damage of items during transit. Any damaged goods cannot be exchanged or be eligible for refund.
