This collection is inspired by the mystique of medieval European stained glass painting. Often associated with Gothic cathedrals of the Middle Ages, stained glass art is known for its bold color statement, intricate pattern design, and storytelling flair, all of which we try to reenact and build upon in this design. Borrowing from this time-honored art form while "breaking the mirror of conventions" by adding a modern touch, we hope to spread an experimental spirit both in cartomancy and in users' life.
Over the years, we've refined the details in the initial design, upgraded to higher-quality materials, and experimented with more productive printing techniques. We've finally come to the 5th edition, in which we continue to borrow from the elegance and mystique of this time-honored art tradition while "breaking the mirror of convention" by adding a modern touch to the overall design.
The newest edition comes in two variations: Emerald (RWS) and Obsidian (RWS).

Reviews for this item
What buyers say, summarized by AI: Looks great Great quality Helpful seller Love it Great design Well packaged
Well executed and original idea for a tarot deck. I got the Obsidian Light version of the deck. The back design is good, and the colors are all nicely balanced on this version. It does not appear to be washed out, which is a complaint I've seen of other versions. Major arcana are all pretty cool, and the minor arcana mostly tell a continuous tale as well. The court cards are a little samey across the same suit. The court names are a bit hard to read in the smaller card font. I'm deducting a star on item quality because the cardstock is pretty thin and smooth (more like a TCG card than a poker playing card) and the cards were bowed out of the box, which I have been able to mostly fix. Overall I do recommend getting a version of this deck if you like most of the designs.
Beautifully designed deck. If I ordered again, I would upgrade to a nice box. I was a little sad that the colors seem washed out relative to the pictures on most of the cards. The backgrounds that aren't black are pretty muddy. Not as gorgeous as I'd hoped, but still a quality deck.
Magnificent mini deck!! Super fast shipping! Awesome fantastic seller!! A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
It took longer to arrive than originally expected, but I was able to wait without worrying because they responded to my inquiries promptly. The tarot cards were lovely and I really liked them.
