Custom and personalized orders

For custom orders we have to ask full payment up front. Please note that all pieces are created by hand, so no two items are identical, which makes each piece unique. Please note that custom order returns are not accepted.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All jewelry comes in a small velvet bag that also serves as gift wrapping. But for a small fee you can have something more elaborate and receive it in a jewelry box, and can also include a message card if he wish. Choose the option "This order is a gift - Add gift wrapping" before finalizing your purchase. Other non-jewelry items (T-shirt, bags, flip flops...) we do not provide wrapping and message card.

Wholesale availability

we accept wholesale in just a few items, contact us for more information.

Avoid water, perfume, cream and cleansing products. If you need cleaning, use a flannel cloth (In the shop we have specific cloths for this purpose) https://www.etsy.com/listing/851852822/jewelry-silver-polishing-cleaning Do not store your jewelry on top of each other, separate them into boxes or sachets flannel. Prevent oxidation by adding chalk or sílica on your jewelry box. Other non-jewelry items, care instructions are described in the item listing.

Returns - Jewelry Items

If you are not happy with your item, please let us know 15 days of receiving it, please do not return the item without first contacting us. Refund will be given once the item arrives safely back to us, as long as the items are returned in their original condition (unused and with packaging). We refund the item value, except shipping cost and the value of customs fees which are 23% of the total value of the order (applies to countries outside the European Union).

Unclaimed items, which are returned to me: you will be contacted and informed. If you want a new shipment, the shipping costs will be charged. In these situations, refunds are not made.

Duties and customers taxes - USA customes

Due to the end of the $800 tax‑free “De Minimis”, the Portuguese postal service suspended shipments to the United States. At the moment, our only option is private carriers, which are more expensive. Shipments are made using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, which means that duties and customs taxes are paid by the sender, the customer receives the order with no additional costs.

Returns - Other non-jewelry items

Items such as T-shirts, laptops, bags, pouches, and flip-flops are custom printed just for you, so I do not accept returns or exchanges.

Shipping - Delays and lost items

All orders are sent by registered mail or international priority mail with proof of delivery and tracking number which is provided after the order has been shipped. Tracking information is available in your Etsy account. Delivery times are an estimate according to the last shipments, this information is updated frequently, and is mentioned in the product listing. During holidays seasons there may be delays in delivering orders, these delays are not my responsibility. If you have not received your order after the expected date, you should contact me, so we can find out if the order is actually lost, and then I can resend a new order or make a refund. In any situation mentioned above, you can contact me, I will do my best to help you.
