Will I need to pay any taxes or customs fees?

Can I cancel my order?

Once the mockup has been approved, I'm unable to process cancellations. Please review your design carefully before approval to ensure it meets your expectations.

How can I return/exchange my order?

I accept returns and exchanges on items that are not personalized and not on clearance, within 30 days of receiving your package. An exchange cannot be processed until I receive the original product in good condition. Refunds will be issued after I receive the returned product in good condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges. ❌ Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items.

Please note that I answer messages, prepare, and ship orders only on business days (Monday to Friday) — weekends are not included.

Shipping, Delivery Time & Delays

All orders outside the U.S. are shipped from Ukraine. International shipping can be unpredictable, and delays may occur at customs. For international orders, once the package has left Ukraine, it becomes subject to your local postal service. Please double-check your order details and spelling, as I’m not responsible for errors provided by the buyer (such as incorrect names or addresses). Postage and packing charges are non-refundable, unless the error is on my part. Shipping fees are also non-refundable for refused or undelivered parcels.

1. To have your name or initials, pick one of the offered stamp styles. Send the number of the stamp, your text, and the stamp color (gold, silver, or black)
To order a personalized journal with your logo, send it to me in a vector file (EPS, AI, PDF) or a black and white raster file (JPEG, TIFF, PSD). For better quality, use the big image in 300 dpi resolution.

2. As soon as I get your order with all the information, I will send a mockup for approval. Usually, it takes up to 24 hours.
