Sales / Expenses Template (multi-venue) – This is a comprehensive file that will save you time with tracking your sales and expenses. The Running Total page will automatically sum up key information that you can import from these different sources:
-Basic version - Etsy and Paypal
-Monthly version - Etsy and Paypal
-Monthly-Etsy, Paypal and Amazon handmade
-Monthly-All - ability to import from Etsy, Paypal, Square, Stripe and Amazon
*Directions are included on how to download your CSV reports from these different venues, and how to copy and paste them into the template.
*All versions also have a place to enter sales manually, that happen outside of the above venues.
*All versions have a place to enter your expenses manually as well, although any fees paid from the different venues are added up automatically.
Price Template with Etsy & Paypal Fees Built in – This tool will help you with pricing your handmade creations and will automatically calculate the etsy transaction fees, as well as the paypal or etsy direct checkout credit card processing fees. At the top of the template you’ll enter your hourly rate. Then for each item you price, simply enter the price and amount of materials used and the time spent for each item. The file will then calculate a recommended wholesale and retail price.

Cost Of Good Sold Template – Since you are already entering the materials you’re using when you price an item in the Pricing Template, the Cost of Goods Sold will link to the Pricing Template and pull just the names of your items and cost of materials used only. You will have a list of your ‘cost of goods’ until you go and enter any amounts that have sold. When you enter 1, 2, 3 items sold, etc., the cost of goods sold will calculate as your cost of goods * # sold. https://www.etsy.com/listing/120985128/cost-of-goods-sold-spreadsheet-calculate
Materials Inventory Spreadsheet – This template goes with the Pricing Template and helps you break down the cost per unit so you can quickly price your creations. This is helpful when supplies are bought in large lots/wholesale and then small amounts are used for each project.

You’ll enter purchases as well as keeping track of when you’ve used up some materials in a project. The summary table will link your purchases and used items together so you can quickly see how many you have left. https://www.etsy.com/listing/122258802/inventory-tracking-template-calculates

About me ~ I’ve enjoyed working with excel to do many analysis, crunching numbers and various reports in my past years working as a Compensation Analyst in HR... I used to sell jewelry on etsy and that's why I created all these templates to organize my shop.
*All templates are for personal use only; please do not distribute.
