We offer a completely customisable service as we design, print and cut all our cards, and personalisation for gifts in-house. Our product listings have a personalisation option, and a box, please ensure you confirm all changes in that box. If for some reason you missed this box, then please reach out to us via Etsy message to confirm your changes.

Our UK and some international orders are sent using Royal Mail. For standard UK post this may take up to 10 working days to reach you. You can upgrade your postage options when you check out to select Tracked24 or Guaranteed Next Day delivery. We are unable to make a claim for lost or delayed post on standard potage for 10 working day past the est. delivery date for UK post, and 28 working days for International post. Our US orders are sent using USPS - for lost or delayed post our shop policy is no refunds or replacements will be processes for 28 working days past the est. delivery date due to any issues with customs delays which are out of our control.

We try to keep our processing times as short as possible. If you need your item by a specific date please contact us prior to ordering to ensure we can meet that target.

We accept return orders as long as the order isn’t personalised. The order needs to be returned to us in the condition it left, in its original packaging. Once we have received the order back we are able to issue a refund.

Unless stated specifically in the listing description, we use Royal Mail as our delivery service. All items are sent with standard Royal Mail delivery, with upgrades available at check-out or by adding additional postage listings to your basket (please contact us prior to ordering to receive a link for this). Standard postage is not guaranteed to arrive by the estimated dates given when you check-out. Standard post can take up to 10 working days to arrive within the UK, and 28 working days internationally. Please reach out to us if you need your order by a set date so we can recommended postage options and confirm dispatch dates.
