Can I customise the text or job title on one of your designs?

A: Absolutely! Most of our designs can be personalised to suit your needs — whether it’s changing the job role, name, or a specific message. If you love the design but don’t see a personalisation option on the listing, just drop us a message before placing your order and we’ll be happy to help tailor it just for you.

Can I get my order by a certain day?

A: We totally get it — sometimes you need that card or gift fast! You’ll find estimated dispatch and delivery times on each listing, depending on the shipping option you choose. Standard shipping: Usually arrives 2–4 working days after dispatch 1st class shipping: Typically arrives 1–2 working days after dispatch Express: Dispatched within a day and RM24 delivery (Generally within 24 hours of dispatch) We aim to dispatch within 2 working days, but during busy times it may take a little longer. If you need your order by a specific date, please message us before ordering so we can confirm if it’s possible — we’ll always do our best to help!

Can I cancel my order?

A: Yes — you can cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase. After that, your order will begin processing and may already be printed or prepared for dispatch. If you cancel after the 2-hour window, we can only refund the postage cost, as your item will likely have already been made to order. If you’ve changed your mind or made a mistake, please get in touch as soon as possible — we’ll always try to help where we can!

What if my order is running late?

A: We know how frustrating delays can be! While most orders arrive on time, Royal Mail can occasionally experience delays that are out of our control. If your order hasn’t arrived yet, please allow up to 10 working days (Mon–Fri) from the dispatch date, as Royal Mail does not consider items lost until after this period. If your item still hasn’t arrived after that time, we’ll gladly offer a full refund or replacement — just send us a message and we’ll sort it for you right away! All refund requests must be made within 30 days of order. Any refunds outside of this period will not be given.
