Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Unfortunately, no. If you have an issue with your order please contact me directly.

With pre-orders, you reserve a cup/mug from a batch that is in the process of being made. Pre-orders take time but you are guaranteed a cup/mug once I’m all finished glazing. You can expect to receive a shipping notification in 3-4 weeks.

What shipping carrier do you use?

I ship solely with USPS. Please make sure your address is inputted correctly to avoid shipping delays.

How long to do pre-orders take?

Pre-orders will range from 2.5 weeks to a full 4 weeks depending on where I am in the making process. Please see each individual listing for the expected delivery times. I will not be rushing orders and you cannot skip the line over other pending pre-orders. Life with a newborn takes time to adjust. Slow and steady is still the plan for the next few weeks while I get a routine going with my son, as well as with my work 💕 thanks for your patience!!

Custom and personalized orders

Custom colors are only available for the glazes I already offer in my shop. ex: If you liked a glaze on a mug/bowl or other items you've seen listed in my shop, I can recreate that on the piece you'd like as best as I can!

My packaged is delayed, what can you do?

All shipping delays and lost packages are out of my control!! Please, I’ll help out as much as I can to get your package to you but there’s only so much I can do. No refunds are given, only replacements and they are ONLY sent when USPS has officially confirmed the item to be lost; applies to “Priority packages” only; not “first-class” shipping. If you selected “priority mail” as the shipping method, your package is INSURED. If you selected “first class mail” as your shipping method, your package is NOT INSURED.

CARE

To prolong the life of your new handmade ceramic ware, hand-washing is recommended; as with all handmade pottery.

PROCESS

Each piece takes hours and hours of work. It is thrown on the wheel, trimmed and handled. Then carved, fired in the kiln twice for bisque and glaze, painted, sanded, measured, photographed and shipped by ONE person. For a total of 2-4 weeks of process time from start to finish. It is truly handmade!!

Wheel-thrown and hand glazed in California in a home studio; BNCApottery. Glaze is a combination of commercial, food safe, colors; on stoneware clay. Again, each piece takes hours of work, especially those that have intricate details and it will not be perfect but that’s the beauty of handmade pottery! Though, I do try to get them to be as close to perfect as I can :)

Absolutely beautiful pottery and exceptional customer service! Bianca was wonderful to work with from start to finish. When there was a mix-up with my order, she went above and beyond to make everything right. Her kindness, generosity, and dedication to making sure I was happy with my pieces truly impressed me. The pottery is beautifully handcrafted, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I would absolutely order from her again. Highly recommend!
