When placing your order, rest assured that all orders include tracking information, allowing you to stay updated on the status of your shipment. By default, we ship orders via USPS Ground Advantage, which typically arrives 2-5 days after the package is scanned in at USPS. However, during checkout, you have the option to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days) or choose UPS Next Day Air Saver for expedited shipping. These shipping options will be clearly displayed for you to select.
During the months of October, November, and December, we highly recommend upgrading to USPS Priority Shipping (1-3 business days) due to potential delays. Please note that once your package is scanned at the post office, transit time is beyond our control.
Before finalizing your order, kindly verify your shipping address to ensure accuracy. Customers are responsible for postage on returned mail due to non-deliverable addresses. While we strive to provide a seamless experience, please understand that we cannot be held responsible for postal errors, delays, theft or lost orders. Insurance is included with all orders and you can open a claim with USPS using your tracking number. If your order states "delivered" please understand it is the customers responsibility to contact USPS to sort out the issue and it is out of OUAR's responsibility.
Should you wish to return your order in brand new condition, please note that the customer is responsible for paying the return postage, which is non-refundable. Once we receive the returned order at our office, a refund will be issued manually.
