Once your order is ready to go, we hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking number. You can click on that number to see the latest updates on the location of your shipment via our tracking page.

It's rare for an order to arrive damaged but if this is the case, please retain all the packaging for the item until you have contacted us. We will require pictures of both the damage and packaging in order to resolve the issue as fully and efficiently as possible.

Due to the delicate nature of handling and shipping art prints, I do not accept refunds or exchanges. Replacements will be provided in cases of shipping damage or non-delivery only. If this happened to you, please contact me with your name and order number.

It's very rare for our orders to be damaged in transit, but if there is any damage to your print along the way please contact us with pictures of the damage to the product and packaging within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to provide a replacement at no cost to you.

This policy is valid up to 14 days after you receive your item. If you have any problems with the item that you purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve it for you.

However, to pay with a credit/debit card it isn't necessary to have a PayPal account. You can use PayPal as a guest.
