My therapist told me about putting a rubber band on my wrist and it pulling it every time I started to pick my nails. I’ve had this horrible habit of picking my nails for 35ish years. And once my therapist recommended that, I thought for sure there would be some product that would make the rubber band… pretty. Well here it is! I read a lot of mixed reviews but ultimately glad I bought this. It’s been a couple of months now and my nails are actually long!! This works. And this bracelet makes it work and be pretty! Highly recommend!!

I choose the XS even though my wrist is a but under 6", im so glad I did. It fits perfectly and allows the rubber band to bridge a place to snap. The SNAP is the important part of this process. I couldnt be happier. Thank you for a lovely and useful bracelet
