How can I print the graphic file?

You can save the graphic file to your computer and print it on your home printer. As printing options vary, so too do the results, therefore, colour and quality may vary depending on printer and paper used. I usually use matt photo paper for my own artwork and use the best printing option on my printer.

Can I use your graphics to make products to sell?

On my listings that allow commercial use (digital kits), you MAY print and use these items in your own unique tangible, one of a kind paper craft projects that you sell. It must be made by hand and not exceed 100 items. Items from my digital kit MAY be incorporated into your own unique, assembled printed project and significantly altered; such as by adding other printed items, trims, laces, decorations, etc. DO NOT just print, assemble and sell. DO NOT just alter slightly and sell. You must make it unique and handmade. You MAY NOT simply print them out, assemble and re-sell them either on their own, as small craft items such as stickers, stamps, cards, etc. or as part of a “kit” or in any way that competes with my shop or business.

Can I return the graphic for a refund or exchange?

Unfortunately, due to the very nature of digital downloads, I am unable to accept returns.

Can you email my files to me?

No, sorry, I am not able to email files to customers. When you are logged into your Etsy account, you will find your order in the 'Purchases and Reviews' section. If you purchase as a 'guest', Etsy will send you an email with download links.

This is an instant download digital kit. You will receive 2 PDF files; a 31 page paper collection and a 24 page fussy-cut file, plus 3 zip files containing a mix of 300 DPI png graphics.

This kit is for you to print at home.
