Highlights

Made by Macabrochet

My name is Peregrine Pooka and I'm a Cryptkid! I'm from the family of Changeling Fae. People are afraid of me sometimes because I can shape shift into anything, am including them! I get in trouble for pretending to be my classmates, but there's always a part of me showing that gives me away. I'm working on that. I'm especially good at pretending to be Juniper Jackalope! She really hates it. Killian Kelpie is my cousin! Really, I'm just a shy little friend who loves giving advice and playing pranks.

I'm a baby Pooka and I'm in the Cryptid Academy for Gifted Children. Here, I'm learning all about my ancestors and how to be a good monster and to believe in myself.

Today is show and tell at school and I'm doing what I love most of all: rapid fire shape shifting! I get a little mixed up sometimes, that's why I often walk around mid transformation. I'm not so good at full forms yet and I'm really indecisive. I LOVE being a flying horse most of all, but rabbits are really fun... and goats and dogs... even humans! My teachers want me to be myself, but I'm not really sure who that is yet. I'm working on my self esteem.

I would love to come home with you and be your best friend! It's hard being an orphan monster, but I know your home will be the perfect place to teach me love.

Peregrine Pooka is about 8 inches tall. He is made with safety eyes. It may not be appropriate for children under 3 as a choking hazard. These eyes are very secure, but please use your best judgement. If you would like one with felt or yarn eyes, please message me and I will make you a custom listing.

This is a made to order toy. My wait time fluctuates greatly, so please refer to the estimate that is provided in the shipping portion of this listing. Once you place your order, you will be placed in my queue.

This toy is created by me, the pattern is mine and I do not use other people's work. You will receive a wholly unique item when purchasing from Macabrochet!

Each baby monster that I send comes packaged in a box that is infused with a bit of "forest magic". Your monster will be wrapped and carrying lavender to help it sleep on the way to meet you! This makes for a perfect gift item and a peaceful transition from my home to yours.

Please keep in mind that each plush is made my hand, so allow for small variations in details and/or color based on different devices' settings. Thank you!

I offer custom creations of anything that you can imagine. If you have photos, I can recreate it into crochet form. All of my patterns are mine and I enjoy creating new things as often as possible! My wait time and pricing for customs varies, so don't hesitate to message me directly.
