Yes, I do custom orders. I offer custom designs, fabric sets, different sizes and styles not listed. If an item that is listed has hook N loop tape and you would like one with out, I can do that as well. Custom orders take 3-5 business days to process. custom designs will need time to talk through the process to make sure you are getting what you are asking for. **Custom order need to be paid for before I will add them to my sewing list. *** During the Christmas season custom orders stack up. After December 1st please contact me to see if I can make it in time for Christmas if wanted for a Christmas Gift. Contact me and let me know what you would like.

Each product comes with care instructions Port pillow receive a business size card with instructions, so you can pass on to a loved one! ***Seat belt warning: Don’t’ not use on a Seat belts with airbags within them. Wearing product on the airbag could cause the airbag not to deploy/inflate correctly. ***Seat belt should move freely after the product is attached. Restricting the seat belt movement could interfere with seat belt safety ability in the event of a vehicle accident. These is NOT a safety device and will not provide protection (only comfort).

Gift wrapping and packaging

Packaging: Items are wrapped in white (most of the time) tissue paper and wrapped with a ribbon. Color tissue paper is available on request. Each pillow/item is enclosed inside a sealed plastic bag. The air in the bag helps keep the pillow/item from being squished during shipping. Items are placed into a poly shipping bag with order form and basic instructions. **Each port pillow comes with a business size instruction card.

Yes I can add a gift note to your order! I have a listing just for that; the price covers my cost of printing and Etsy charges. A multiple of pillows/items in the same fabric

If you are looking for a multiple set of pillows/items in a single fabric please ask. I only list pillows and items that I know I have at least a yard of fabric. I may have more of a fabric on hand that I can make a whole set of pillows for you. Just ask me.

Do you still have fabric when it is listed as sold out?

Sometimes I still have fabric for items that are listed as sold out. My goal is to list only ones that are made and ready to ship because many of my customers are in pain and want their pillows as soon as possible. If you find one that you would like and it states sold out let me know and I will be back to as soon as possible.

Insuring your package

At check out, if you use standard shipping (least expensive way to mail) your package is not insured. You can insure it, there is a place to do that at checking out, or pay for 1-3 day priority mail that is insured for up to $100.00 value. I have no control over the postal service time of delivery, damaged packages or if lost in the mail, it takes 15 days before it is considered lost in the USA. I am more then happy to work with you, if there is a problem. I love answering questions to avoid anything before it can become a problem! : )

Is there a reason that an item is not refundable?

Yes, Hysterectomy pocket pillows, (not referring to seat belt pillows) are categorized as a bed pillow which are considered personal or intimate items. Being of this nature I carry a non-returnable/refundable policy. All items that are worn on the body and are in contact with body oils. If the item as not been removed from package, then contact me for more information. If you have a problem with an item, you order then please contact me here on Etsy for the fastest response. Refunds are given if there is a manufacturing defect. I must be contacted. You may send me your phone number through Etsy E-mail if you would like a call.
