The grey tags look great, exactly like the design I was sent. They add the perfect finishing touch to my crochet items. Great communication with the seller. She let me know quickly that there were delays at customs due to the holidays, and my tags would take much longer than usual to reach me. It was not an issue for me this time, but she did offer to cancel and refund the order if it was. Much appreciated.
