We are happy to work with you to provide a prompt resolution. Please include a photo clearly depicting the issue(s) for documentation purposes. We appreciate the chance to make it right!

Do you accept returns?

Due to the handmade and custom nature of most of our products, we can't usually offer a return option. However, under special circumstances a return can be approved, but please note that as a small business we cannot currently offer return shipping labels. Thank you!

My item hasn't arrived - what do I do?

Please wait an additional 1-3 business days, and we recommend checking with neighbors or house members who may have accepted the package on your behalf. If the item still has not arrived, please reach out to us so we can help! We will investigate the cause and help find a solution that meets your needs.
