Dear Clients! You can see the approximate delivery time when ordering. All delivery dates on Etsy are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. However, there may be delays on the part of the carrier. We cannot influence the speed of delivery and the work of post offices in any way, we deliver your orders to post offices on time. We are not responsible for carrier delays and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

If the parcel is lost, the seller will refund you the money for the goods, but not earlier than 60-90 days after the parcel was sent.
USPS has temporarily extended the domestic filing deadline from 60 to 90 days after the date of dispatch.
Thus, we will be able to file a claim with the USPS for reimbursement no earlier than 60 days. As soon as we receive the refund, we will refund your money.
If you have not received your order, please let us know so that we can file a claim with USPS.

If you want to return an item, you must follow these steps!
- Contact me within: 3 days from the date of delivery to discuss the details of the return.
- The goods must be packed as securely as the seller did.
- Must be shipped by the same postal class that the seller sent.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
- When returning an item, the buyer pays all postage.
- Send the item back within: 7 days of delivery.
- After shipment, provide the tracking number to the seller.
- Refunds will be made after I receive the item back from you.
- Your purchase price for the item will be refunded, but shipping charges will not be refunded.

Once your order is delivered, PLEASE CHECK THE CONTENTS and contact us with any issues or damages from shipping within 3 business days.
- If the item is damaged, I will ask for photos of how it was delivered to you, including the item, box and packaging. I must have them in order to apply for insurance.

YES! All sterling silver tarnishes the moment it hits the air. It's one of the properties of the material. While sterling silver will need cleaning and polishing from time to time, there are things you can do to reduce the rate at which your jewelry tarnishes.
First, never wear your sterling silver into a pool or shower. Bleach from chlorine will turn the piece black immediately. Soaps and chemicals will also hasten tarnish. I recommend removing your jewelry before cleaning or applying lotions/perfumes.
Should your jewelry require a little more than a polishing cloth, there are numerous commercial and home remedies available to deep-clean a heavily tarnished piece.
