All custom and personalized orders are made by hand and made exactly as input by the customer. Therefore, if any spelling is incorrect it is not our responsibility to replace your item. Double check all spelling and punctuation on any custom item to ensure you get exactly what you order.
All items on this page are made to order and will all vary slightly as they are handmade and not machine made making each and every handmade item 100% unique.

Most of our items are made out of sealed acrylic and designed. Acrylic should never be left in extreme temperatures or knocked/dropped onto hard surfaces. See our policies for returns/cancellations/refunds. Items that have been in your possession for longer periods of time I.E. you purchased an item 2 months ago and it broke will not be replaced and will need to be repurchased. Care instructions are included with every item purchased.

Gift wrapping is available upon customer request at checkout. Each item will be placed in a cotton lined box (similar to a jewelry box) and will be wrapped in festive holiday wrapping paper.

Yes. You can message us directly and we will be more than happy to honor any color request. I have more than 100 glitter and solid colors available at any given time and can work with you.

Orders are always done in order they were received and can take 7-10 business days to make.

Items are packaged and shipped via USPS. Tracking will be provided once your package is shipped. Your items should arrive within 3-5 business days depending on your zip code and USPS shipping delays.

Please note that we have no control over how quickly USPS gets your items to you. If you need assistance with a lost item please message us right away.

All items will ship to the Etsy address on file. Please make sure your Etsy address is current and up to date. No address is manually entered into Etsy, only the customer controls this. If your item(s) are returned due to insufficient address, the purchaser is 100% responsible for reshipping costs.

As of February 15th 2022 we are extending our replacement policy 30 days for reels that break such as the reel no longer extending or reel mechanism no longer working/opens spontaneously. Photos of your broken item and packaging MUST be provided and compliance with any insurance (if applicable) by the buyer is required to obtain your replacement. Thirty days start the day your item shows as delivered by USPS. Anything beyond 30 days will NOT be replaced.

No refunds. Refunds are only given out if cancelled within 24 hours of placing order.

Please note, I will not accept any forced returns/exchanges. A forced return/exchange is one that was not approved by me.

Yes, you have 24 hours from the time of purchase to make changes to your order or cancel. Orders are processed quickly therefore if you wait longer than 24 hours to make changes we will not be able to process any changes as your item is already in process.
