The Ruby is a gem of a dress! Fresh and so appealing! With many details that enhance your figure and camouflage in just the right way. The Ruby Dress has narrow straps that fully cover bra straps. In the front, where the strap connects to the bodice, there is a slight gather that provides ample coverage under the arm. The Ruby Dress has a cross over bust line which creates a V-shaped neckline accentuating the collarbone. An empire style, the fabric has a slight gather under the bust and gently tapers out from the waist into a fit and flare silhouette. The back has a lovely scoop that is not too low. The skirt of the Ruby Dress falls just to the knee with a lightly ruffled lettuce hem. This is the perfect dress to go to a wedding or out to dinner. The Ruby Dress slips on in a pullover style without the need for a zipper or fasteners and the ultra soft rayon/lycra fabric is machine washable, just hang to dry.

Nearly all of my garments are made of stretch materials. It allows for an easier fit than for example woven materials that do not give at all. Often a size M works just as well as a size L - it is just a personal preference how fitted or loose you would like the garment to fit. The size guide that is enclosed in all the listings gives you a general fit idea. If in doubt about what size to get, please feel free to contact me with your measurements of bust, waist, hip and height so I can help you to choose the one that in my opinion would work best for you.

This dress is like wearing a whisper next to your skin. I bought a dress from Bucko when I was in Santa Fe and it has been my favorite dress for a long time -- super comfortable -- and last week on vacation I wore it to a fancy dinner and also as loungewear around the rental house. So I searched for them online -- so happy to have found their Etsy store! And I bought two more dresses, both of the same amazing quality. Highly recommend; will buy again.

The fabric is soft and light; good quality. I am short and XL, so the dress was custom for me. It fit me perfectly! I couldn't believe how easy the process was. Christine was a dream to work with and produced a beautiful dress for me that fit perfectly. I will definitely be ordering again.
