My order arrived and something is damaged or missing, what do I do?

I truly apologize for the inconvenience. We do our best to ensure that every order leaves the shop picked and packed properly, but occasionally mistakes happen. Please contact me and I will do whatever it takes to make it right! Please be sure your shipping address is up to date. I ship to the address you provide on Etsy. I cannot be held responsible for packages that are undelivered due to incorrect addresses. If your package is returned to me you can choose to have it reshipped at your cost or receive a refund minus the cost of shipping.

How quickly do you process an order?

All orders ship within 24 hours of being placed. I go to the post office once a day, everyday (Mon - Sat) at 2pm EST. If you place your order before 2pm EST, it will ship the same day. Any orders placed after 2pm will ship the next day. Please be advised that international orders do not have a guaranteed delivery date as they can be delayed in customs.

Who is responsible for VAT taxes on international orders?

I am not a VAT registered seller therefore, VAT fees are NOT included in the cost of your item or shipping. You will be responsible for paying the vat tax and any other customs fees and import fees that may apply.

Are all listed items currently in stock?

Yes, all items listed on our website are stocked by Small Devotions Supply. We do not drop-ship from suppliers or backorder your items for a prolonged period of time. On occasion, our inventory numbers can be slightly off, if you order something that we cannot fulfill, we will contact you to ask if you'd like a refund for that item or a different item instead.

Will this item tarnish over time?

Our Italian-made medals are genuine oxidized silver-plate and many of our charms and jewelry findings are a high-quality zinc alloy, so they should hold their color barring exposure to excessive moisture, like swimming or bathing, or certain lotions or perfumes. The only metals that do not tarnish are pure metals like platinum, titanium, stainless steel (especially surgical grade), and high-karat gold (18K or higher). These metals resist oxidation from sweat, water, and air, keeping their shine without requiring special maintenance. We do offer stainless steel charms, findings, chains, and more in our shop.

Do you accept returns?

Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. We do accept returns of items in original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please contact me within: 3 days of delivery Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery Once the item is returned we will gladly refund the *product purchase price to your original method of payment, or provide you with an equivalent exchange, whichever you prefer. *The shipping cost you paid will not be refunded as it was used to purchase the shipping label.

Are your items blessed by a priest?

We do not sell items that have been blessed by a priest. According to the Catholic Church no matter what, no blessed sacramental should ever be sold or purchased... simply put, after a blessing, the Church does not condone the trafficking of spiritual items. If you see items listed in the shop that say "Blessed Virgin Mary Medal" that does not mean the medal has been blessed, that is one of the many titles of the Virgin Mary; in Luke 1:48, Mary says, “all generations will call me blessed.”

St. Jude is the PATRON of desperate cases and lost causes. His feast day is October 28th. The symbols associated with him are the image of Edessa, the tongue of flame, the martyrdom instrument, symbols relating to his work, and symbols referring to his gospel.

Symbolism: Jude was one of the Twelve Apostles of Jesus. He is generally identified with Thaddeus and is also variously called Jude of James, Jude Thaddaeus, Judas Thaddaeus or Lebbaeus. He is sometimes identified with Jude, the brother of Jesus, but is clearly distinguished from Judas Iscariot, the apostle who betrayed Jesus prior to his crucifixion.

Jude is traditionally depicted carrying the image of Jesus, in the image of Edessa, in his hand or close to his chest; additionally, he is often depicted with a flame above his head, representing his presence at Pentecost, when he was said to have received the Holy Spirit with the other apostles.
