Limited Warranty Information

We give a 1 year limited warranty that covers issues from manufacturing. If you have an issue with the ring that is determined to be from manufacturing, we will repair or replace the ring for you. Only 1 replacement may be used during the warranty period. This warranty does not cover loss of the ring, size changes because of change in body weight, damage from exposure to chemicals, or scratching due to normal wear and tear.

These rings are made to order by me and take many hours to create so I need to be sure of the sizing before starting the ring. If you purchase a ring without choosing to get a free sizer and you need to return it for another size, there will be an additional fee for the replacement.
