1. Log into your Etsy Account via the Etsy Website (Please do not use the Etsy App. The App does not support the downloading of digital files). 2. Go to 'Purchases' and locate your purchase 3. Click the 'Download' button next to your order to download your Art files. 📁 Guest Checkout Purchases 1. You will receive an email from Etsy containing a download information. 📵 IMPORTANT: Please do not use a mobile phone to download your art as it will reduce the quality of the printed product. 🙋♀️ Please contact me if you have any difficulty accessing your art files. I aim to respond within 24 hours.

🎨 What do I receive in my Purchase?

For each Print Purchased, you will receive: 📂 5 digital Art Files for each print purchased in 5 size ratios. 🖨️ A print guide to help you choose a size to print to suite your frames. 📂 Size ratios are 2x3, 3x4, 4x5, 11x14, A1 for Vertical/Portrait digital prints. 📂 Size ratios are 3x2, 4x3, 4x5, 14x11, A1 for Horizontal/Landscape prints. 📂 Files are high-resolution, jpeg, 300dpi, RGB colour ✅ Please look at the 'Size Chart' in the listing photo to view the sizes each print can be printed.

🖨️ For best results, consider using an online service or local print store to print your art as they have high-quality printers. The quality of your printed artwork depends entirely on the printer used. 📖 I recommend using Matt paper 200gsm or heavier to print your artwork for best results. 🖨️ You may print at home but keep in mind that high quality printers produce high quality prints.

📥 If you haven’t downloaded the files yet, please contact me with your order number to request a refund. I aim to process your refund within 24-48 hours. 📥 If you experience issues receiving/accessing/downloading your digital art files, please contact me with your order number and a description of the problem.
