Orders over $35 that take advantage of the "Etsy’s Free shipping" will be sent via USPS shipping first class shipping. USPS has notoriously late since Nov. 2020. If your package is lost please open a case with USPS. We will only send out another replacement order if every avenue of recovery is exhausted.
