All holiday wreaths are returnable, but they must be returned ten days prior to the holiday! This means that the wreath must be in the hands of Twisted Pine ten days prior to the holiday, not simply
shipped ten days prior. You must contact Twisted Pine Wreaths and let us know that your purchased wreath is being returned. Additionally, the wreath must be returned in the original box and with the original packing material. Once Twisted Pine receives the wreath and sees that it is in the same condition as when it was shipped, the buyer will receive a refund MINUS the shipping costs endured by TPW.
