When is the customer responsible for paying customs with his order?

Any customer who orders our products outside the Europian Union is responsible for any extra charge on costs from customs.

What is the procedure if i want to exchange the product?

You should contact me within the next 5 days of receiving the product, and you must also send me the product back the next two weeks. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and for the costs for shipping the new product. The customer is also responsible for the inport and export customs. The product must be in its original contition like the one was delivered to you or else it will not be acceptable.

The bag is of very good quality and beautifully crafted. I deducted one star because the relief looks more contrasting in the photo than it actually is. But this bag is still worth the money. It smells wonderfully of leather, has neatly finished seams, and is timelessly beautiful. It arrived in Germany nicely wrapped in a fabric bag and well packaged. I'm delighted and say thank you! 👍

Die Tasche ist von sehr guter Qualität und toll verarbeitet. Einen Stern Abzug, weil das Relief auf dem Foto kontrastreicher aussieht als es ist. Aber dennoch ist diese Tasche ihr Geld wert. Sie riecht toll nach Leder, hat sauber verarbeitete Nähte und ist zeitlos schön.Sie kam hübsch in einem Stoffbeutel eingeschlagen und gut verpackt in Deutschland an. Ich freue mich und sage Danke! 👍
