All of my items are packaged for gift giving, whether ordering for a gift or for yourself.

Instructions are included with all jewelry items.

Can I order just a charm?

I only sell my items as finished products, not individual pieces/charms.

How can I add a name plate or charm to my item?

Please look under the tabs on my main page under "add-ons". You will find add-on items there. However, some add-ons are not suitable to add to an item, so if the item doesn't already show that particular add-on in the item's listing photos, please ask me first before adding it. I hold the right to remove it from your order if it won't work (for example: adding a name plate to a necklace that doesn't already show one - it won't work and will be too big).

This necklace means the world to me after losing our dashchund Max this past July. The quality is exquisite and they even engraved his name on the back side of the pendant too.
